The ICC, or International Code Council, is an independent 3rd party that evaluates products. The most common time ICC reports are used is when a City Official or engineering team evaluating or designing the repair plan for the foundation repair project. The City Officials will be verify and validate that the capacities on the reports match up with the needed capacities calculated during the design phase.
