What is an ICC Certification? - Foundation Repair Tip Of The Day #72

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=labOQHn8TQg

We've previously talked about ICC, ESR, and LARR for our foundation repair products.
In today's #FoundationRepair #TipOfTheDay Brian discusses ICC, or International Code Council, who's an independent 3rd party that evaluate products. They test the capacities given by manufactures for any given product, and in our situation our Push Piers and Helical Piers must be ICC certified. If our push pier is rated for 70 kips, the ICC will test the push pier to failure and ensure the pier is properly rated by ECP.
Next time we'll be talking about the importance of ICC Certifications!
