In today's #FoundationRepair #TipOfTheDay Brian discusses square shaft anchors and when they are used over round shaft anchors. Square shaft anchors are great for tie-back anchoring situations because of its ability to withstand tension forces. They don't work very well for vertical loads, and will often bend and buckle if used in vertical applications.
