8 Inch Helical Anchors - New Construction Foundation Repair

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UddaZ5goG4o

Did you see our raw POV video from the perspective of the drive head? We recently visited Brian, Tony, and Anthony as they installed a few 8" diameter helical piers to depths averaging nearly 30 feet. Tony used our Cat mini excavator to pre-drill the helical anchor locations because there was a tough hardpan layer about 12 feet below the soils surface. The pre-drilling made installation of the helical anchors a breeze! For installation of the anchors our team was using one of Quinn Cat's 323 Excavators with a Pro-Dig drive head.... That thing is one BIG piece of equipment!

More to come from this fun project soon! πŸŽ₯πŸ“ΈπŸ—
